Kyle Whyte began his rugby journey at Rondebosch Boys’ High School in Cape Town before progressing through the Western Province pathway, representing the province at both U19 and U21 Currie Cup level.
His career then took him overseas, with spells at Edinburgh Rugby and the Sharks in Durban before moving to France to join Bayonne. Kyle returned to the UK with London Scottish, where he made 23 appearances, before making the move to Ealing Trailfinders.
Since joining Ealing, Kyle has become one of the club’s most experienced players, passing the 100-appearance mark and establishing himself as an important part of the Trailfinders squad.
Away from rugby, Kyle enjoys playing guitar, travelling and getting outdoors with his dog, Hector.
