Will Feeney

William Feeney began his rugby journey in Australia with the Redlands Mudcrabs, a club that has produced a number of notable Queensland players, before progressing into school rugby and the Queensland Reds Academy pathway.

At 22, William made the move to England, joining Chinnor RFC. He spent three seasons with the club and made an impressive 67 appearances, playing a key role in their rise through the leagues and helping them win the National 1 title and earn promotion to the Championship.

William’s persistence and performances were rewarded with his first professional contract at the age of 26, when he joined Ealing Trailfinders. His journey to the professional game is a testament to his determination and the value of the long route through club rugby.

Now at Ealing, William is continuing to make the most of his opportunity at the professional level and brings plenty of experience from both Australian and English rugby.

Away from rugby, William enjoys travelling and is a keen follower of cricket and basketball, giving him plenty to keep up with when he’s away from the pitch.
