Tom Florence developed his rugby through the Welsh pathway, representing Swansea University in BUCS rugby between 2021 and 2023 while also gaining experience with Bridgend Ravens and Swansea RFC in the Super Rygbi Cymru.
His performances earned him international recognition with Wales U20s, where he made 11 appearances between 2021 and 2023. Tom then progressed into the Ospreys senior setup, making 13 URC appearances between 2022 and 2026 and gaining valuable experience in professional Welsh rugby.
Now at Ealing Trailfinders, Tom brings experience from the university, Welsh club, international age-grade and professional game as he continues the next chapter of his career in West London.
Away from rugby, Tom is a keen padel player and enjoys getting on court whenever he gets the chance.
