Toby Cousins

Toby Cousins began his rugby journey at Spratton Hall before joining Bugbrooke Badgers, continuing his development through grassroots rugby before moving to Oakham School.

While at Oakham, Toby helped the school win the Continental Tyres Schools Cup, while also earning recognition at international age-grade level with England U18s and U20s.

His time with England U20s proved particularly successful, as Toby was part of sides that won both the U20 Six Nations and the U20 World Cup – major achievements on the international stage.

Toby went on to join Northampton Saints as his first professional club, bringing with him a strong background in English age-grade and school rugby as he began his senior career. He signed for Ealing Trailfinders at the start of the 2025/26 season.

Away from rugby, Toby enjoys getting outdoors and is a keen golfer, fisherman and cricket fan.
