Scott Buckley

Scott Buckley began playing rugby at the age of five with Kinsale RFC, where he stayed until the age of 12 before joining Christian Brothers College Cork. He captained the school to the Senior Cup final in 2019, helping them lift the trophy, while also representing Munster U18 and U19 and Ireland U18 and U19.

After school, Scott joined Munster and spent six seasons with the province from 2019 to 2025. He made his senior debut against Wasps in the Champions Cup in 2021, beginning a spell in professional rugby that would see him gain valuable experience at the highest level of the game.

Alongside his Munster career, Scott also represented University College Cork and Cork Constitution RFC. In 2024, he headed to Australia for an off-season stint with Randwick, playing in the Shire Shield before returning to Ireland.

Scott made the move to Ealing Trailfinders midway through the 2025 season, bringing extensive experience from Irish provincial and club rugby to West London.

Away from rugby, Scott enjoys golf, surfing and firing up the BBQ whenever he gets the chance.
