PJ Sheck began his rugby journey in New Zealand, developing through club rugby before making the step up to the National Provincial Championship (NPC). His performances at that level earned him an opportunity in Super Rugby, where he joined the Blues in Auckland and also gained experience with the Highlanders.
His move to Ealing Trailfinders ahead of the 2025/26 season marked his first experience of English rugby, bringing his Super Rugby and NPC experience to the Championship.
Away from rugby, PJ enjoys watching films and is a big fan of good food.
