James Humphreys began his rugby journey through school rugby at Dean Close before moving to Northern Ireland, where he continued his development at Queen’s University Belfast from 2020 to 2023.
During this period, James earned international recognition with Ireland U20s in 2021, while also becoming part of the Ulster Rugby setup. He remained with Ulster through to 2026, gaining valuable experience within one of Ireland’s leading professional rugby environments.
Alongside his provincial career, James represented Ballynahinch RFC from 2024 to 2026, adding valuable experience in the Irish club game.
Now at Ealing Trailfinders, James brings a strong combination of international, provincial, university and club rugby experience to West London.
Away from rugby, James is a keen golfer.
