Deago Bailey

Deago Bailey began his rugby journey with Dings Crusaders, playing through the U15 and U16 age groups, while also representing Bristol Free School. His early development was recognised through the England pathway, including selection for the U16 Combination Cup.

Deago went on to represent England U20s for two years, culminating in the ultimate age-grade achievement of winning the U20 Six Nations Grand Slam. His performances at international level were complemented by his development within the Bristol Bears setup, giving him valuable experience in a professional environment.

Having progressed from grassroots rugby through the England age-grade pathway and into professional rugby with Bristol Bears, Deago is now continuing the next chapter of his career with Ealing Trailfinders.

Away from rugby, Deago enjoys cooking and playing a variety of sports, including tennis, padel and golf. He’s also a keen Formula 1 fan.
