Biyi Alo

Biyi Alo’s rugby journey began at Queen Elizabeth’s School in Barnet, where his performances earned him a place in the Saracens Academy at just 14 years old. He worked his way through the academy ranks before making his Premiership debut against Harlequins at Wembley – an experience that gave him a taste of life at the very top of English rugby.

During his time at Saracens, Biyi was part of a squad that lifted both Premiership and European titles, while also representing England at age-group level and winning the U20 World Cup in New Zealand. Loan spells with Loughborough University and Bedford Blues provided further opportunities to develop before he moved to Worcester in 2016, gaining more experience of Premiership and European rugby.

After a spell at Coventry, Biyi joined Wasps in 2019, where he played a key role in a side that reached the Premiership Final. Following the club’s closure in 2022, he headed to France for a season with Racing 92, experiencing the intensity of Top 14 rugby.

Biyi joined Ealing Trailfinders in 2023 and has since been part of two Championship-winning sides, as well as the club’s Premiership Cup campaigns against some of the toughest opposition in the country.

Away from rugby, Biyi has a creative side, with a passion for music, art, photography and filmmaking. He’s also a keen cook and restaurant enthusiast, and enjoys keeping fit in the gym.
