Adam Nicol

Adam Nicol’s rugby journey has taken him from the shores of Bermuda to the Championship, via Scotland’s age-grade pathway and some of the UK’s best-known rugby clubs.

Starting his rugby in Bermuda, Adam went on to represent Scotland at every age group from U16 through to U20, earning a contract with Glasgow Warriors. He then headed south to Jersey, where he helped the club win the Championship, before joining Coventry following the club’s financial difficulties. Adam Joined Ealing Trailfinders at the beginning of the 2024/25 season, winning the Champ in his first year with the club.

Away from rugby, Adam is a self-confessed coffee and food enthusiast – and can usually be found seeking out a good café or planning his next meal. He’s also a passionate Glasgow Rangers supporter, so there’s a good chance you’ll find him keeping a close eye on the football whenever he’s not on the rugby pitch.
