Sally Williams

Sally Williams has developed into an established Premiership Women’s Rugby player with Trailfinders Women, while also building a career away from the pitch.

She moved to London in 2024 to join Trailfinders Women and has since become a regular member of the squad, playing primarily in the back row. She was part of the Trailfinders side that reached the club’s first-ever Premiership Women’s Rugby final in 2026.

Sally combines her rugby career with a role in Corporate Communications at Mitsubishi Electric Europe, making her one of the players involved in the company’s Parallel Potential campaign, which focuses on supporting women who balance elite sport with careers outside rugby.

On the pitch, Sally has become a valuable member of the Trailfinders squad, featuring in the club’s run to the 2026 PWR final and providing a strong presence at the breakdown.
