Grace White

Grace White developed through the English rugby pathway before joining Bristol Bears, where she established herself in Premiership Women’s Rugby. She also represented England U20s before making the move to Trailfinders Women ahead of the 2024/25 season.

A dynamic outside back, Grace made an immediate impact at Trailfinders, scoring on her club debut after previously scoring on her Premiership debut for Bristol. Her pace and attacking ability have made her a consistent threat from the wing.

Her continued development has also seen her progress through the senior England pathway. Grace was selected for the England U21 squad and has earned England U21 and Great Britain Sevens honours, adding international experience across both formats.

Grace was part of the Trailfinders side that reached its first-ever Premiership Women’s Rugby final in 2026 and has established herself as an important member of the club’s backline.
