Flo Long

Flo Long began her rugby journey with Old Reds, progressing through the club’s minis and juniors before continuing her development through the age-grade programmes at Cleve and Winscombe. Her performances saw her represent Somerset at county level before progressing to the South West regional side.

Flo’s progression continued into the England pathway, where she earned caps for both England U18s and U20s. She was also selected for two England senior squads, gaining valuable experience at the highest level despite remaining uncapped.

Her club career has seen Flo experience rugby across several leading English environments, representing Bristol Bears, Worcester Warriors and Exeter Chiefs. During her time with Worcester, she also spent a loan spell with Saracens, making a senior appearance for the club.

Flo now brings that wealth of domestic and international pathway experience to Trailfinders, as she continues the next chapter of her career in West London.

Away from rugby, Flo enjoys cycling, open-water swimming and spending time in nature and around wildlife. She’s also a big fan of dogs and enjoys getting stuck into trades and crafts.
