Carys Cox

Carys Cox began her rugby journey with Hungerford before progressing to Newbury and then Bristol, continuing her development through the English rugby pathway.

Her performances earned her opportunities with Worcester and international recognition with England U20s, adding valuable experience at age-grade international level. Carys then continued her rugby alongside her studies at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Her career has since taken her to Ealing Trailfinders, where she has continued to develop in the senior game, before making the step onto the international stage with Wales.

Having progressed from grassroots rugby through the English pathway, university rugby and into the professional game, Carys is now embarking on an exciting chapter as a Welsh international.

Away from rugby, Carys enjoys good coffee, travelling, spending time at the beach and listening to music.
