Paige Stathopoulos Signs For Trailfinders Women!

Trailfinders Women are thrilled to announce that hooker Paige Stathopoulos has signed with the club on a short-term deal.

Stathopoulos is an American International who debuted in 2023 against Wales in Cardiff before being named in the squad for WXV 2.

Before her career in XVs, the hooker was on the USA Rugby Pathway, which led to a place in the USA Falcons 7s squad for their Japan tour in Hokkaido during the 2018 Sevens Series.

The 31-year-old first played rugby whilst completing her undergraduate degree at Boston University.

Signing for Trailfinders, Stathopoulos said: “I’m very grateful for the opportunity to be out here with Trailfinders and playing amongst the best. Competing at this level was a goal of mine for a long time and I’m truly looking forward to getting the most out of the experience.”

Head Coach Barney Maddison said: “It’s great to bring Paige into the group. She’s got experience at the highest level of the game which is an invaluable asset to bring into the group. I look forward to seeing her perform in the PWR.”
