Niamh Gallagher Signs for Trailfinders Women!
Trailfinders Women are delighted to announce the signing of Ireland U20 international Niamh Gallagher ahead of the 24/25 season.
Gallagher, who started playing rugby at Enfield Ignatians is a promising playmaker who impressed in this summers U20 Six Nations series in Parma.
She displayed a well rounded game at full back featuring defensive stability coupled with dynamism when she has the ball in hand.
Signing for Trailfinders, Gallagher said: “I’m really looking forward to being apart of the Trailfinders family and can’t wait to be apart of the bright future of the club!”
Director of Women’s Rugby Giselle Mather said: “Niamh is a dynamic young player with a huge competitive spirit with experience at both 15 and 10. She impresses in both attack and defence and has a very bright future ahead of her. We are delighted she has chosen Trailfinders and can’t wait for her to get started.”
