Made in Ealing: Season Pass Renewals Launched
We are pleased to unveil a reimagined season pass structure that puts supporters first – built to be fairer, more flexible, and more reflective of our whole club.
Whether you’re backing the men and their pursuit of the three-peat in a new look Champ Rugby, the women who have assembled a team featuring some of the best in the game, or even both sides, our updated approach creates more choice, better value, and a clearer journey for every supporter – from your first season pass to your fiftieth.
A structure that makes more sense
After reviewing our existing seasonal ticket model, we realised it wasn’t doing enough. Our old structure didn’t reflect the full picture of our club, and didn’t offer a route for young fans to grow with us. With limited opportunity to have a season pass throughout their journey, and then asking those under 18s to become full-paying adults the moment they turned 19 – that didn’t sit right.
So, this year, we’ve made some meaningful changes. Along with Season Pass options for everyone, we’ve introduced a new Under 21 age band to make that next step a little easier. And for the first time, young supporters can be part of the journey, with purchasable season passes at Under 12s starting from £6 per season and Under 18s starting from £16.
Our updated price bands are now more representative and inclusive with five clear categories: Under 12, Under 18, Under 21, Over 67, and Adult – all aligned to a fair and transparent discount structure.
Three Season Passes, One Shared Club.
By revising our pricing structures, we’ve ensured each of the three Season Pass options provide real value.
- Men’s Pass: Back the back-to-back champions on their mission to make it three in a row.
- Women’s Pass: Follow our stars – fan favourites and new – through what’s shaping up to be the biggest PWR season yet.
- Club Pass: support both sides and get the most action for the very best value across the club.
Every pass includes equivalent free games built into the pricing – with up to 16 games free for kids with the Club Pass making the per-match value on of the strongest stories around.
Flexible Ways to Pay
We know not everyone can comfortably pay in one go, and now you don’t have to. For the first time, you can choose to pay for your season pass monthly, spreading the cost across 10 months. It also means that when the renewal window rolls around next year, you can simply relax knowing your favourite spot is secured without having to worry about any laborious renewal process.

A Few More Changes to Know
- Upper Grandstand: Pricing now reflects the Upper Grandstands place as the best seats in the house – the prime view, exclusive bar access, and home to some of the club’s most passionate supporters.
- Under 12 Tickets: These are no longer free by default – a change made not to exclude, but to better reflect the value of attending. This doesn’t prevent us from offering special promotions in the future, community discounts or giveaways, and it gives us a better platform to grow.

We’re not here to hide behind spin. We’ve made some minor price increases, and some decreases too – but every change is built on logic, on purpose, and giving our fans the clearest possible path to belonging and being a part of it. Our club is growing – in terms of in profile, in ambition, and in people, and these are changes that reflect that.

If you have previously purchased your season ticket online, renewal instructions should be sent to your email inbox from 2pm on Wednesday 9th July. These will be sent to the email address attached to the purchase. General sale will be available in due course.
