Lineup: Trailfinders Women vs Saracens Women

Trailfinders Women announce their lineup to face Saracens at home in the Allianz PWR

There are three changes to the starting lineup that narrowly lost to Quins last week.

Sara Seye replaces the injured Andrea Stock at tighthead joining Cristina Blanco and Liz Crake in the front row.

Amelia Buckland-Hurry is promoted from the bench to start in the engine room alongside Tyson Beukeboom.

Rowena Burnfield slides across to blindside, with academy graduate Annabel Meta and Kate Zackary in the back row.

The backline is unchanged, with last week’s player of the match Ella Amory keeping her place alongside Ellie Green in the halfbacks.

Julia Schell partners Jess Cooksey in the centres for a second week in a row, with Liz Musgrove, Vicky Laflin and Abby Dow making up the back three.

Among the replacements, Welsh international Carys Cox is inline for her Trailfinders debut off the bench.

Director of Rugby Giselle Mather said: “With the first experience as a team of Premiership Women’s Rugby under our belt, this weekends lineup is really looking forward to another London Derby at Vallis Way. We have a lot of experience in our pack, genuine pace in our backs with a very impactful and powerful bench ready to go too!

“For the Club’s first ever Double Header, as Ealing Trailfinders take on Coventry before us, we are really looking forward to welcoming such an established and successful side in the women’s game to TFSC for the first time and believe it will be a very entertaining day of rugby at the club.”
