Alivia Leatherman and Rori Wood come into the front-row, joining Lindelwa Gwala who keeps hold of the hooker shirt.

Tyson Beukeboom starts alongside Grace Moore in the engine room.

The back-row remains unchanged with Rowena Burnfield starting at blindside flanker, Abi Burton  at openside and Captain Kate Zackary at number eight.
