Siya Ningiza makes his Ealing Trailfinders debut at openside, joining David Douglas Bridge and Rayn Smid in the back row.
Lloyd Williams is promoted to start after his team of the week performance against Bedford, joining fellow Welshman Dan Jones in the half-backs.
The midfield partnership is Jordan Holgate and Reuben Bird-Tulloch.
Finally, Ben Harris joins Tom Collins and Tobi Wilson in the back three.
