Geordie Gwynn to depart Ealing Trailfinders

Scottish-qualified outside back Geordie Gwynn will depart Ealing Trailfinders at the end of the season. 

The Trailfinders Academy product will join URC team Edinburgh for the 2026/27 season.

Gwynn made his senior debut at the end of May 2025 in Trailfinders’ away fixture against Hartpury on their way to securing a second Championship title. He has since been a regular face in the match day squad. Gwynn has also represented Brunel University during their successful campaign to achieve promotion to BUCS Super Rugby next season.

Gwynn has scored six tries in fourteen appearances for Ealing Trailfinders this season and has represented Scotland at U20s level and as part of Emerging Scotland.
