It’s a new-look front row with Liz Crake packing down with Lindelwa Gwala and Cassandra Tuffnail.

Grace Moore moves from the back-row to partner Shya Pinnock in the second row.

Rowena Burnfield starts at blindside flanker, Abi Burton and Captain Kate Zackary retain their places.
