The Trailfinders Rugby Academy is an elite player development program that provides young talented male and female players with the opportunity to develop on and off the pitch. The programme has entry and exit points throughout the pathway all the way from u16 level to senior academy contracts. Academic options play a big part in the pathway as we aim to bring players through to play for Ealing Trailfinders or Trailfinders Women.
