Team Line-Up: Caldy (A)
Ealing Trailfinders have named another powerful squad for Saturday’s rearranged fixture against Caldy.
The match, which was originally scheduled for Saturday 17th December, will be Ealing Trailfinders’ first ever trip to Paton Field and the first ever Championship meeting between the two sides.
Fresh from the Christmas break and an impressive 43-22 win over Jersey Reds, Ben Ward has opted for a reshuffled front-row, with props James Gibbons and Ross Kane selected alongside hooker Jan Henning-Campher who makes his return.
In the second-row, David O’Connor partners Danny Cutmore while Rob Farrar, Simon Uzokwe and match day captain Rayn Smid make up an exciting back-row.
In the halves, Craig Hampson partners Craig Willis, with Pat Howard and Reuben Bird-Tulloch forming a formidable combination in the midfield. In the back-three, Jonah Holmes continues at fullback, with Cian Kelleher and Luke Daniels on the left and right wings respectively.
Among the replacements, George Davis earns a recall to the match day squad, while former Northampton Saints flanker Ollie Newman is due to make his full Ealing Trailfinders debut.
If you are making the trip up to Paton Field, kick off is at 2pm and you can get your tickets here or alternatively you can follow our live coverage on Twitter.
