The new All Weather Pavilion officially opened at Trailfinders Sports Club
The brand new multi-million-pound investment which has been built at Trailfinders Sports Club will see multi-sport use in a state of the art indoor environment.
The Pavilion has been built to the latest world-class sporting spec, with a 3g pitch which is half the size of the current outdoor surfaces at the sports club, mainly used for football and rugby, as well as state of the art indoor cricket nets, which will be used both by Ealing Trailfinders Cricket Club and hired out to teams from across the city.
Last night’s event saw the new facility opened by English Cricket legend Sir Andrew Strauss, alongside Sir Mike Gooley who’s charity the Mike Gooley Trailfinders Charity has funded the incredible new project. Speaking on the new indoor pavilion Sir Andrew Strauss spoke of how impressed he was. “A huge congratulations has to go out to Sir Mike and all of the team at Trailfinders Sports Club, for producing something very special which will make a big difference to so many people’s lives.”
